Shipping policy

Pre-orders
The first print run of The Couples Annual ships from 1 November 2026. Orders placed before then will be sent in the order they were received, starting 1 November.

Dispatch
We ship from New Zealand. After 1 November, orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding New Zealand public holidays).

Delivery times

• New Zealand and Australia: 3 to 5 business days
• United States, Canada and United Kingdom: around 3 weeks
• Other countries: 2 to 4 weeks

These are estimates. Delays can happen with customs and peak-season volumes, especially in late November and December. If you're ordering a gift, we recommend ordering early.

Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on where you are and how many books you order.

Tracking
Every order is sent with tracking through NZ Post. You'll get a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched. Orders of three or more books may be sent as more than one parcel, so you might receive more than one tracking number.

Taxes and duties
Prices include applicable taxes and import duties, so there's nothing extra to pay when your order arrives. If a carrier ever asks you for an import charge on a Cupla order, contact us before you pay it.

Address errors
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 24 hours and we'll fix it before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, we can't redirect it.

Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 6 weeks, email us at [support email] and we'll sort it out with a replacement or a refund.
